When will I receive my order?
Approximately 2 – 7 business days for most areas of Australia).
Union Square Pharmacy will dispatch on the same day the order is received when placed before 10.00am (AEST), and all goods are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched the next business day, unless you are notified otherwise. We use Australia Post’s eParcel service and Fastway Couriers, which will mean you can track your order by using the tracking number in your eBay account.

 

Who will deliver my order to me?
Your order will be delivered by either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

 

Can I track my order online?
Yes! We will send an email with the tracking tracking numbe so you can track it.

 

What can I do if the delivery seems to be taking too long?
Please contact us ASAP! We will endeavour to chase up the couriers to find your parcel. We also recommend that you chase them up on your end too using the tracking number that is emailed to you.

What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 14 days as long as it is packed appropriately, andis received by us in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. If we have made a mistake (e.g. not filling your order properly) we will pay for the return postage. However, if you are returning the item for any other reason, the postage fee is at your expense.

Exceptions:
• Prior to returning any items, please contact our us and have your order number ready.
• Some of our suppliers insist on dealing with customers directly if goods are faulty so if you have faulty goods to return, please call us first.
• Products that can be affected by heat cannot be returned including food, formula and some medication.

 

What happens if a product that I have ordered is out of stock?
We do our absolute best to keep 100% of our inventory in stock 100% of the time, but unfortunately this is not always possible. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will let you know by phone or email. If the item will take more than a couple of days to come in, you can choose to either order another item instead (eg: a different size/brand), or simply cancel that item from your order and its cost will be refunded to you.

Yes! Our fully qualified Pharmacists can answer any questions you may have. You can message our customer service team and a Pharmacist will either reply or phone you back providing we have your phone number.
